Community Is a Participation Sport.
BCN’s Summer Series returned to SOL Pool Club with live music, local brands, new faces, familiar conversations, and a refreshed visual identity built for the season. More than 150 members of Western New York’s cannabis community gathered to kick off another season.
A WNY Cannabis Community Built by Design
This year’s Summer Series debuted a fresh identity engineered by the team at Case Study Labs. From the pool-inspired welcome signage to custom BCN sticker packs, the goal was simple: create an immersive, curated brand experience.

Local NYS Brands Kept Conversations Flowing
BCN events are a great way to get to know the New York licensed cannabis brands that call WNY home. Partner brands stayed busy throughout the evening as attendees explored compliance-safe product displays, caught up with familiar faces, and met new industry peers.
Dedicated teams from local staples:
- House of Sacci — answering consumer questions and sharing brand stories
- Green Room Cannabis — connecting directly with BCN members
Local Innovation Beyond Cannabis
Not every conversation at Summer Sessions centered on cannabis. Buffalo technology company Peeva joined the evening to share its mission of helping reunite lost pets with their families through a connected identification platform designed for today’s pet owners.
It’s a reminder that BCN has always been about bringing together people building interesting things in Western New York—whether that’s cultivating award-winning flower, launching new technology, or creating businesses that strengthen the local economy.
